1- We had our first bake sale fundraiser! All proceeds go towards our Neurodivergent Community Social Group, and all baked goods were made by our staff!
2- Brand new handpainted signs are now bordering the windows! Big thanks to Scott with Brushcan Murals, who perfectly captured our shop!
3- OOPS WE FLOODED!!!!! Friday 7/19, we were surprised by a little wall of water covering the store! Thanks to our staff and help from friends, we were able to recover and open in less than 24 hours!

The Goonies (1985)
A group of young misfits discover an ancient map and set out on an adventure to find a legendary pirate's long-lost treasure.
This is another iconic coming of age movie, and one of the few movies with jokes that crack up both kids and adults! Plus, you can't deny the excellent set design!

Jaws (1975)
When a killer shark unleashes chaos on a beach community off Cape Cod, it's up to a local sheriff, a marine biologist, and an old seafarer to hunt the beast down.
This is the ultimate summer movie. There's nothing that gets you ready to swim quite like the threat of a massive shark puppet!

Pictured below is one of the original carnival prize Kewpie Dolls, made out of a chalkware material and popularly used as carnival prizes! Kewpies were created by Rose O'neill, a suffragette and self-taught artist. She created Kewpies for a comic strip, with the goal of "teaching people to be merry and kind at the same time". She claimed that the Kewpie design came to her in a dream, and she immediately started making them as paper dolls, having no idea how iconic her design would be!
This Kewpie may be a terrifying example of "merry and kind", but they are one of the most sought after vintage toys, and we love getting to see them in all their forms across time!
